Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja has been allowed to file evidence in all four petitions seeking to bar him out from the city’s gubernatorial race, by midday Monday.
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Dispute Resolution Committee chaired by Titus Tiego granted a plea by Sakaja’s lawyer, Adrian Kamotho, to be given more time to respond to the petitions.
