Mombasa County Governor Highlights Partnership with Japan for Intelligent Transport System

Mombasa County Governor, Abdulswamad Nassir, expressed gratitude for the friendship and cooperation with Japan during a recent dinner hosted by His Excellency Ken Okinawa, the Ambassador of Japan to Kenya.

The meeting served as a platform to review the progress of various developmental initiatives in Mombasa, with a particular focus on the planned Intelligent Transport System (ITS) valued at 3 billion shillings. Governor Nassir highlighted the significance of this project, emphasizing its potential to revolutionize the city’s transportation infrastructure.
