KPA shuffles 16 senior officers in a major shake up

The Kenya Ports Authority KPA has announced the reshuffling of 16 senior officers.

The procurement department has been affected the most.

Anthony Nyamancha who was the procurement manager and supplies has now been moved to Kampala as the head of Liaison Markets. He has been replaced by Aza Dzengo in an acting capacity.

Onesmus Ngumbao is the acting head of management, accounting. Miriam Khamis who was the head of security has now been moved to the Inland Container Depot (ICD) Nairobi as the head of ICT. Her position has been taken by Tony Kibwana in an acting capacity.

Engineer Kennedy Nyanga has been moved to Lamu port as the Project Manager. He replaces Peter Oremo.

Fredrick Oyugi is the new head of SGR Reconciliation at the Inland Container Deport in Nairobi. Moses Sirgoi is the new Principal procurement officer Tenders and CTC in acting capacity while Ali Mwinjika is the Principal procurement officer Purchasing and Contracts.

Millicent Omollo has been posted as the acting Head of Audit and Risk.
