Kenya has recorded 62 new cases of Covid-19, raising the country’s total number to 1,348 , Health CAS Rashid Aman has said.
Out of the 62 cases, 59 are Kenyans while the rest are foreigners.
This is out of the 2,293 samples that were tested in the last 24 hours.
Nairobi county recorded 23 cases, Mombasa 16, Kwale with eight, Kiambu and Kajiado six cases each, and Kitui with three.
Another three patients have been discharged, bringing the total to 405. The number of fatalities remains 52
